Mersin Marina, located at a point where the city meets the sea, is designed by Öncuoglu Mimarlik as a “city port” and a “social living area”. The investment of Mersin Marina is made by Mersin Yat Limani Isletmeleri A.S. The marina is still under construction. It is opened the doors of a “new quality of life” by Spring 2011.

Mersin Marina is built on 210.000 sqm, and it will be one of Turkey’s biggest and most prestigious marinas. It will consist of:
• 500 boats affloat and 500 boats ashore, Total capacity 1000 boats
• Parking lot for 850 cars
• Amphitheatre with a capacity of 2.000 people
• Sports Center & Yacht Club on 3.500 sqm, with outdoor & indoor swimming pools, spa, sauna, steam bath, fitness center, outdoor tennis courts and a basketball field
• Recreation areas on 60.000 sqm, with an artificial lake and other landscaping
• Children’s entertainment park on 1.000 sqm
• Restaurant area that is virtually located by the water and will serve distinguished Mediterranean and local cuisine
